Where did the inspiration for the Larissa Trouser come from?
Kristina: The inspiration was truly customer driven! We’ve received great feedback since we launched our brand and we’re constantly striving to add improvements and new pieces our customers are looking for in their closet. For the Larissa, we really wanted to introduce a ponte knit fabric into the collection. This thicker fabric really hugs you in and looks as good as it feels!
Why is it called Larissa?
Kristina: The trouser is named after my cousin, Larissa. She has been one of my biggest supporters since I launched Cotidié.
What are your favorite features?
Kristina: Not only do the pants come in three different inseams (short, regular, and tall), but they each feature hidden snaps so you can adjust the length from crop, to ankle, to heel.
They also come with four fully functional pockets which all fit an iPhone!
Lastly, it’s our promise to make the Cotidié collection size inclusive and the Larissa trouser is one step closer to this realization with sizing between XXS-4XL.
What are your favorite ways to style the Larissa trouser?
Kristina: I’ve been wearing the Larissa almost everyday in all three colors (Cafe Au Lait, Navy, and Black). They truly are so versatile! Depending on the weather and where I’m going, I like to pair it with the Chloe Top, Alice pleat front (tuck in in for extra style), Tenley mock turtleneck, and the Lizzy turtleneck.
